Guarantee: We guarantee all our helium balloons will look as good as the day you purchased them for 3 whole days from day of inflation.*
Currently our balloons are only sold for delivery fully inflated and arranged. We only currently deliver our balloon bouquets and decor in person and therefore can only deliver within approximately 20 miles of our shop location; SL7 1ER. Delivery beyond 20 miles is available on request subject to order requirements.
However, we are working towards couriering balloons and are happy to look into providing this service for you. This is not costed on our website under delivery options as each bouquet would depend on size and practicality of couriering this for you. We would require to speak with you directly about any courier options at the moment and would not recommend you choose to purchase your balloons online for couriering as further costs may be incurred at a later stage and this may cause a delay in your order.
Please note we do not inflate any balloons until they have been fully paid for.
Please note that you must select the appropriate delivery charge at the checkout stage. For balloons delivered locally there are currently various options – please choose that which fairly represents the delivery distance with regards to your balloon delivery. Incorrect delivery selection may delay your order and may lead to further delivery charges at a later stage.
Full payment must be received (including correct delivery charge) for the order to be complete.
Next Day Delivery:
If you require next day local delivery for balloons please call us direct on 01628 477696 to allow us to check stock and delivery availability for your order.
Please ensure you have arranged with the venue for receipt of balloons and ensure that there will be a representative of the venue at the venue to receive the delivery at the time arranged.
Please note we accept no responsibility for the care of your balloons once delivered. We advise at time of delivery, to the recipient, to be cautious of sharp object, hot light bulbs and extreme temperatures. If you have an issue with your balloons please contact us for further information.
*Balloon care instructions must be followed in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. See below:
- Remove balloons from their bag immediately
- Do not place balloons near anything sharp or hot
- Do not allow balloons to drift on the ceiling of a room
- Avoid leave balloons in strong direct sunshine
- Always keep balloons at room temperature
